I think any job that requires you to work in front of a screen the majority of the day can be considered knowledge work.

I think meta-skills like thinking about what topics to work on and where to place all of this mental processing power at our finger tips because a very important skill moving forward.
This is really inspired by the definition of intelligence by Mustafa Suleyman I heard on the no priors podcast this week "ability to direct attention or processing power to the salient features of an environment given some context (take your cognitive hp and direct it in the right way at the right time) - certain tone and style and expert is more suitable for the right context"
